Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Nianday Plumbing and Sewer is fully licensed and insured.
Will I get a price before the work starts?
Yes. Our technician inspects the problem and gives you a written, upfront estimate before starting.
Do you clean up after the job?
Yes. Our technicians clean the work area when the job is finished.
How do I know if my sewer line has a problem?
Slow drains in several fixtures, gurgling sounds, sewage smells, or backups are common signs. A video pipe inspection shows exactly what is wrong inside the line.
Can you replace a sewer line without digging up my yard?
Often, yes. We offer trenchless drain replacement in suitable cases so your yard and driveway stay intact. A camera inspection tells us whether it is an option.
How long does a water heater last?
Typically around eight to 12 years. Rusty water, leaks, or not enough hot water are signs it may be time to repair or replace it. We work on gas, electric, and tankless units.
My water heater flame is yellow or orange. Is that a problem?
A healthy burner flame is blue with yellow tips. A yellow-orange flame can mean incomplete burning, which can produce carbon monoxide. Call us to inspect it.
Do you handle flooded basements and pump failures?
Yes. We repair and replace sump pumps, sewage ejector pits and pumps, and well pumps, and we help with flooded basements.
